What is the minimum ACT score that a freshman must have in order to be accepted at Louisiana Tech?

In-State Requirements

Applicants for Freshman admission should meet ONE of the following requirements for admission:

Have an overall 2.60/4.00 grade point average 

OR Rank in the upper 25% of the graduation class

OR Have a composite 24 composite ACT or 1090 SAT Critical Reading+Math (CR+M)

Out-of-State and Home-Schooled Admission Criteria

Applicants for freshman admission should meet ONE of the following requirements for admission:

Have an overall 2.60/4.00 grade point average, have at least 24 composite ACT or 1090   SAT CR+M, and no need for more than one remedial course.

 OR Have at least an ACT composite score of 26 or 1170 SAT CR+M and no more than one remedial course.

 OR Meet the in-state student requirements above.
