What are the application forms like at New York University (NYU)?

NYU requires freshman and transfer undergraduate applicants to complete the Common Application along with the NYU Supplement. This supplement asks for your basic information and the program to which you hope to apply. It also asks more in depth about why you are choosing NYU, your interests and finally about a particular achievement, piece of art...etc that intrigues you and why it is significant to you.
