Is it common for Florida Memorial University students to go to the beach?

Yes it is very common, the university is located in South Florida and is therefore very close to major beaches such as: South Beach, Hollywood Beach, Ft. Lauderdale Beach etc. so it is very common to find FMU students as well as other college students at the beach mostly on weekends.
