Does the University of Maryland recruit a lot of its basketball players?

During the Gary Williams Era at UMD, they were not known for going out and getting top recruited talent. They were known for getting good players who could play their part to form a good team. Being that Gary is no longer at UMD, it is hard to tell where new coach Mark Turgeon will go with the team.
